We are Robert and Natasha McIntosh, directors of Traquair Homes and proud parents to four beautiful children. Traquair Homes is a multi‑award‑winning building company based in Widgee, serving the Gympie region and parts of the South Burnett.

We moved to the Mary Valley near Gympie in June 2024. We both immediately fell in
love with the property even though the house was more of a cottage than a house
with only 2.5 bedrooms. We soon decided to renovate and add a master suite with a
WIR, ensuite and also extending our lounge room.
We engaged 2 builders to obtain quotes, but it was soon very clear that Traquair
homes, owned by Robert & Natasha McIntosh would become our preferred builders.
After several meetings with Rob and the draftsman, we soon decided on a plan to
renovate our cottage and turn it into a beautiful, spacious home. We started in March
and had some challenging weather to deal it. The whole building process with
Traquair homes was seamless. It was very exciting to see our home transform.
The building process was so easy with Rob and Tash, the quality of their work was
first class. It’s very easy to see why they have won several awards for their business.

Once the build was completed both Rob & Tash meet us to walk us through the build
to ensure we were happy. They gave us a beautiful hamper which was a lovely
touch. We were extremely happy with the finished build and would have no
hesitation in recommending their business to anyone considering building or
renovating.
